Our goal with every assignment is to achieve a better fit between our candidate and your company. So we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the new person joining your team. That’s why we put in place these no-risk hiring options:
Direct to Hire – Ideal for time-sensitive, routine assignments, this option presents you with the most suitable candidate on the morning the assignment is scheduled to begin. Should you not be satisfied with this candidate, you can ask for a replacement immediately and billing will not commence until you are happy with the candidate we place.
Interview to Hire – Appropriate for complex assignments with a later start date, this option lets you review resumes and assessment synopses of candidates we have pre-qualified, schedule interviews and choose a candidate. Billing commences when the candidate begins work.
