Candidate Referral Program

If you refer a potential candidate we do not currently represent, and we place that individual, you will receive a Referral Reward*. There is no limit to the number of candidates you may refer.

Just email your referrals to us and we will check our records to confirm who qualifies. It’s that simple. For more information, contact your Recruitment Associate or email referral@lannick.com. Please include the candidate’s contact information and resume (if possible).

*When you refer a candidate who is subsequently placed by Lannick Finance & Accounting or Lannick Technology, the Referral Reward is up to $500. When the candidate is placed by Pro Count Staffing, the Referral Reward is up to $200. Referral Rewards are paid on the first contract, temporary or permanent role only (minimum three month placement). Referral Rewards are paid out 30 business days after the referred candidate’s start-date. Payment will be initiated after the candidate has been engaged in the role for at least 30 business days. Referred candidates must be new to Lannick or Pro Count and/or not active in our data base. Lannick reserves the right to make changes to this program at any time without notice.
