After earning her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Toronto, Monica worked with many complex manufacturing clients at one of the Big Four accounting firms, and went on to develop her small business and tax knowledge with a mid sized-accounting firm. She has also had the opportunity to work with charitable organizations in developing her community and mentoring youth. After several years in the accounting industry, Monica decided to take her experience and leverage her strong interpersonal and business skills by entering the world of recruiting.
