After earning her Bachelors of Business Administration degree at the University of Toronto, and Chartered Accountants Designation in a leading public accounting firm, Mandy decided to take her six years of experience in Audit/Assurance/Tax/Private Company Services, and make an exciting career change into the recruitment world. Through client exposure in the firm, Mandy has knowledge of various industries including: technology, real estate, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, insurance, manufacturing, and automotive environment. As such, she has the ability to understand client needs as well as candidate needs by placing herself in the others’ shoes, through her own experience over the years.
In her spare time, Mandy is active in the community as a Junior Achievement volunteer since 2007. She has also received a number of community service awards, including the Lieutenant Governor's Community Volunteer Award, the Pilot International Volunteer Award and the Ontario Volunteer Service Award.
