Cristina Mazza completed her Undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor in 2007, with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Political Science. After completing her undergraduate degree, she accepted a position as a Credit Manager at a large financial institution in Windsor, where she sold financial products, provided service, and helped customers with their current personal finances. Within a year, she was promoted to Senior Credit Manager which allowed her to advise people on their finances and also coach other credit managers.
In 2009, Cristina went back to school and attained her Masters in Business Administration degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. In May of 2011, Cristina moved to Toronto with an open mind and an interest to gain experience in the recruiting sector of business and human resources.
