As a Senior Associate, Wayne Peddle is tasked with insuring that his clients have access to the market’s top technology professionals. Prior to entering the Technical Recruitment arena, Wayne spent 11 years in hands-on technology roles, supporting and managing companies’ technology environments across multiple industries. In 2007, Wayne joined a Fortune 500 recruitment firm as a technical recruiter. After a few months in the recruitment seat, Wayne moved into an Account Executive role where he quickly began to develop and grow a loyal client base. He was eventually promoted to Division Director.
Wayne brought his leadership experience and strong customer service skills to Lannick Technology in May of 2012 and has quickly established himself as a high-performing player with his peers. Through his industry experience and his keen ability to understand his clients’ technical and business environments and pain points, Wayne continues to shine above his competitors while never compromising quality of service.
